Krogerus advises Sentica on the sale of Citec to Cyient

Krogerus advised private equity company Sentica Partners and other shareholders on the sale of Citec, an international Plant and Product engineering services company, to Cyient, a leading global technology solutions company.

The integration between Citec and Cyient will be gradual and executed in partnership mode. Citec will continue to function under its own brand name for the time being. Citec is headquartered in Vaasa Finland and employs more than 1200 persons in Finland, Sweden, Norway, France, Germany and India.

The Citec and Cyient partnership will provide customers with a comprehensive set of services including plant and product engineering, digital solutions, consulting and technical documentation. The combined portfolios found one of the largest independent plant engineering capabilities globally.
