Krogerus advises Sentica Partners in the acquisition of Finland’s largest privately held car leasing company

Krogerus advised Sentica Partners when certain funds it manages acquired a majority stake in Secto Automotive Oy, the largest privately held car leasing company in Finland. The transaction value is undisclosed.

Secto Automotive provides car leasing services to more than 1,000 corporate clients. In 2013, the company’s revenue was roughly EUR 63 million.

The Krogerus team, led by partner Mika Ståhlberg, included partner Päivi Toivari, senior associate Mirja Sikander and associate Joakim Jansson.
