Krogerus advises Sentica Partners on its investment in Hämeen Laaturemontti

Krogerus advised private equity firm Sentica Partners on the investment by Sentica Buyout IV Ky in Hämeen Laaturemontti Oy. The transaction value is undisclosed.

Hämeen Laaturemontti is Finland’s largest company focusing on roof renovations of single-family and row-houses.
