Krogerus advises Sentica Partners on the acquisition of Picnic, La Torrefazione and Europicnic

Krogerus advised Sentica Buyout V Ky on a transaction where Sentica has become the majority owner of Picnic, La Torrefazione and procurement company Europicnic. The new group has 49 cafés and a procurement company.

In 2018, the companies sales exceeded EUR 30 million. The operative management and Picnic's founder Mikael Swanljung with his family will continue as significant owners.

The Krogerus team was led by partners Mika Ståhlberg and Joakim Jansson. They were mainly assisted by senior associate Jasmin Wardi.
