Krogerus advises Sievi Capital on its acquisition of Logistikas and Logistikas Hankinta

Krogerus advised Sievi Capital Oyj, a listed private equity investment company, on its acquisition of Logistikas Oy, a logistics company and Logistikas Hankinta Oy. The transaction is subject to the approval of the competition authorities and is expected to be completed by the end of 2020.
