Krogerus advises Sioen on its acquisition of the Ursuit Group of Companies

Krogerus advised Sioen Industries NV, worldwide solution provider in technical textiles, on its acquisition of the Ursuit Group of Companies.

Ursuit is active in the development, design, production, marketing and distribution of state of the art dry suits for diving, fishing and professional use in an extreme environment.

The transaction value is around EUR 22.4 million. In addition to this, Sioen has acquired a real estate for a total value of EUR 3 million.

The Krogerus team was led by senior advisor Lennart Simonsen. He was mainly assisted by associates Anna Metso and Emmi Mäkelä.
