Krogerus advises Skanska Talonrakennus in the shopping centre Seppä real estate project

Krogerus advised Skanska Talonrakennus Oy in a real estate project consisting of the construction and financing of the new shopping centre Seppä to be located in the city of Jyväskylä. The project's investor is LähiTapiola Group, and the value of the construction contract is EUR 57 million.

The shopping centre developed by Skanska will have around 24,000 square metres of rentable space. Construction of the shopping centre will begin immediately. The project is expected to be completed in September 2017.
