Krogerus advises Sponda on the sale of Vuosaari harbour assets to Blackstone

Krogerus advised Sponda Oyj on the sale of Vuosaari harbour assets, including Kiinteistö Oy Vuosaaren Logistiikkakeskus, Kiinteistö Oy Vuosaaren Porttikeskus and Kiinteistö Oy Vuosaari Service Center, to Tellurium Investment S.à r.l., a company affiliated to funds managed by the Blackstone Group.

The sales price is approximately EUR 100 million, and the transaction is expected to be completed by the end of this year.

Sponda is a property investment company specialising in commercial properties in the largest cities in Finland. The fair value of Sponda's investment properties is approximately EUR 3.2 billion.

The Blackstone Group is one of the largest alternative asset management firms globally. Its shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
