Krogerus advises Sponsor Capital on its investment in CompAid

Krogerus advised private-equity firm Sponsor Capital on the creation of CompAid Group and its acquisition of PT-Keskus Oy, Comp-Aid Oy, Suomen Proteesipalvelu Oy and Rehamed Oy. Sponsor Capital and the current owner of Comp-Aid Oy, Petteri Mäki, will be the principal shareholders of the new Group.

CompAid Group is a supplier of assistive devices, health care supplies and hospital equipment.
