Krogerus advises SRV in connection with the development and sale of a logistics project located in Turku area

Krogerus advises SRV in connection with the development and sale of a logistics project located in Lieto, in the Turku region, to a fund managed by VVT Kiinteistösijoitus Oy. The project comprises an area of approximately 14,000 sqm, which has been fully let to Warasto Finland Oy, a tenant specialized in logistics and warehousing services. The construction project is scheduled for completion in February 2023.
