Krogerus advises SRV in connection with the sale of T7 residential tower in Kalasatama, Helsinki

Krogerus advises SRV, the construction developer listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange, in connection with the sale of the T7 residential tower located in the Kalasatama district of Helsinki, to a fund managed by Patrizia, a leading partner for global real assets. The 24-storey building rising 98 meters over sea level shall be the fourth tower to be constructed in connection with the REDI shopping centre and will comprise 240 residential units and a day care unit, totaling a lettable area of approximately 10,000 sqm. The total value of the project is approximately EUR 101 million. The project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2023.
