Krogerus advises Stark on its acquisition of Kodin Terra Tuusula

Krogerus advises Stark, Finland's leading professional building materials chain, on its acquisition of Kodin Terra Tuusula from HOK-Elanto.

The transaction has been agreed to take place on 3 December 2021.

The Krogerus team was led by Partner Sami Martola and he was assisted by Senior Associates Jasmin Wardi and Minna Siekkinen and Associates Nora Hamed and Jenna Hallikainen.
