Krogerus advises Sweco on the acquisition of Linja Arkkitehdit

Krogerus advised Sweco on its acquisition of Finnish architecture company Linja Arkkitehdit Oy, specialised in design of educational and business premises as well as residential buildings. Linja Arkkitehdit Oy has approximately 60 architects located in Oulu, Helsinki and Jyväskylä. With the acquisition Sweco becomes one of the largest architecture companies in Finland.

The Krogerus team was led by Partner Jan Johanson and he was mainly assisted by Senior Associate Jenni Teurokoski and Associates Juho Lakkala and Teemu Liukkonen.
