Krogerus advises Swiss Life on its acquisition of a hospital property

Krogerus advised a healthcare fund managed by Swiss Life Asset Managers on its acquisition of a hospital property from the City of Lahti. The property comprises 18,016 sqm of leasable area and is fully leased to the wellbeing service county of Päijät-Häme. The ownership of the property was transferred on 31 May 2023.
