Krogerus advises Swiss Life on its acquisition of medical centre property

Krogerus advised a healthcare fund managed by Swiss Life Asset Managers on its acquisition of a modern medical centre property located in the Oulu city centre from Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company.

The construction of the property was completed in 2015 and the property comprises leasable area of approximately 8,000 sqm. The anchor tenant of the property is Mehiläinen.
