Krogerus advises Taaleri on formation of Taaleri SolarWind III

Krogerus advises Taaleri on formation of Taaleri SolarWind III. This fund marks Taaleri Energia’s sixth renewable energy fund and it held first closing with approximately EUR 286 million in commitments. The fund is classified as dark green (Article 9) fund under the EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation. It only makes sustainable investments in projects that contribute substantially to climate change mitigation. The fund’s investment strategy includes onshore wind farms, photovoltaic solar parks and battery storage assets, and its target markets are the Nordics & Baltics, Poland, Southeast Europe, Spain and Texas.
