Krogerus advises Taaleri on sale of Taaleri Forest Fund III

Krogerus advised Taaleri Private Equity Funds on sale of Taaleri Forest Fund III Ky to a fund managed by United Bankers Plc. This transaction comprises 11 forest estate entities with a total area of more than 7,000 hectares, and is expected to close on 30 June 2023.
