Krogerus advises TAPAUS Group on its acquisition of Nine Yards AB

Krogerus acted as the lead counsel for TAPAUS Group, the largest event marketing agency in the Nordics and portfolio company of MB Funds, on its acquisition of the event agency Nine Yards AB.

After the transaction, TAPAUS Group strengthens its position as the largest and the leading event and communication agency in the Nordics.
