Krogerus advises Tapiolan Lämpö on sale of residential development asset for €22 million

Krogerus advises Tapiolan Lämpö, a company operating on many aspects of real estate maintenance and services, on the sale of its headquarters premises to a Nordic construction group and local investor. At present, these premises also include Tapiolan Lämpö's property maintenance depot. The sale of the asset was preceded by a zoning amendment whereby residential building rights were granted in respect of the property. The transaction values the property at approximately €22 million, and marks a significant residential development project in the Tapiola area.
