Krogerus advised The Riverside Company, a global private investor, on its acquisition of Cloudpermit, a leading community development software company based in North America, from Vaaka Partners. With the leading SaaS platform in the government technology space, Cloudpermit streamlines the community development approval process for local governments, citizens and other stakeholders.

The transaction is another example of Riverside’s expertise in working with Software and IT companies. The firm has completed over 270 investments in this specialization and has a team of global experts dedicated to growing these types of organizations.
