Krogerus advises the sellers in the sale of MCF Group Estonia to Greenergy Data Centers

Krogerus advised a group of Finnish and Estonian investors and management in the sale of MCF Group Estonia OÜ to Greenergy Data Centers OÜ, a company majority owned by Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund S.A. SICAV-RAIF. Greenergy Data Centers is a newly established company that aims to develop energy efficient and sustainable data centres.

The first data centre will be developed in Estonia through MCF Group Estonia OÜ (‘MCF’). When construction has completed in 2021, MCF will deliver a world-class data centre with up to 20MW of capacity to the Baltic market.
