Krogerus advises the shareholders of FocalSpec on the sale of their shares to TKH

Krogerus advised the shareholders of FocalSpec Oy on the sale of their shares to TKH Group NV. FocalSpec designs and manufactures patented Line Confocal Imaging (LCI) technology. LCI technology is used to measure surface height variation and can scan everything from glass to opaque materials in both 2D and 3D at very high resolution and speed.

The Krogerus team was led by partner Mika Ståhlberg, who was mainly assisted by senior associate Jasmin Wardi and associate Jenni Teurokoski.
