Krogerus advises the shareholders of Labquality on Mérieux Equity Partners' majority acquisition

Krogerus advised the shareholders of Labquality in connection with Mérieux Equity Partners acquiring a majority in Labquality, a leading company offering quality services for the healthcare, pharmaceutical and medical technology industries covering external quality assessments, regulatory consulting, clinical investigations and trials, audits and certifications, and training.

The transaction aims to facilitate industry consolidation and organic expansion in both Contract Research Organization (CRO) and External Quality Assessment (EQA) activities.
