Krogerus advises the shareholders of RSM Finland on its sale to BDO
BDO Oy has acquired the share capital of the auditing firm RSM Finland Oy. The acquisition took place on September 1, 2021. Krogerus advised the shareholders of RSM Finland Oy in the transaction.
