Krogerus advises the State of Finland on the sale of Raskone

Krogerus advised the State of Finland on the sale of its holding in Raskone Oy, which specialises in servicing and maintenance of utility vehicles, to the Finnish multi-sector group Lease Deal Group Oyj.

Concurrently, the wholly state-owned special assignment company Governia Oy sold its 15 per cent holding in Raskone.
