Krogerus advises TietoAkseli on its acquisition of Turun Tilikeskus

Krogerus advised TietoAkseli, a Finnish company providing financial administration and accounting, HR and payroll, auditing as well as transaction advisory service, on its acquisition of Turun Tilikeskus, a company engaged in financial management.
