Krogerus advises Treston on its acquisition of Arizona-based IAC Industries' business assets

Krogerus advised Treston, one of the world's leading manufacturers and suppliers of ergonomic workstation solutions, on its acquisition of the business assets of IAC Industries, a renowned manufacturer of technical furniture headquartered in Arizona, USA.

The acquisition expands Treston's presence in the North American markets. With the acquisition, Treston's American customers will benefit from an expanded portfolio of products and services, enhanced local support and local manufacturing capabilities.

The Krogerus team was led by Counsel Antti Luhtala, who, in addition to Finland, is admitted to practice in the State of New York. He was mainly assisted by Associate Ulrika Mäkinen. Partner Mika Ståhlberg was overseeing the transaction as the partner in charge.
