Krogerus advises Trevian Kasvu LP on transfer of Helsinki Arena operations to Live Nation

Krogerus advised Trevian Kasvu LP on transfer of Helsinki Arena operations to Live Nation, one of the world’s leading live entertainment companies. Live Nation has signed a cooperation agreement and a 20-year lease with Trevian Kasvu LP Ky, a real estate investment company managed by Trevian Asset Management Oy, which recently acquired the arena.

Under the agreements, Trevian Kasvu LP transfers the arena’s employees, booking calendar management, daily operations, commercial activities and maintenance to Live Nation Finland Oy’s venue management company, VN Helsinki Oy, which will manage all event operations at the venue, while Trevian will remain responsible for the arena’s development and initial investments. The arrangement establishes a solid financial foundation for the arena’s development, enhancing its long-term value.

Live Nation will oversee a wide range of events, including performances by international superstars, top Finnish artists, sports events and more. Helsinki Arena will serve as a key venue in Finland for national and international events.
