Krogerus advises Tristan Capital and Catella AM on logistics property transaction

Krogerus advises a joint venture of a fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners and Catella Asset Management Oy on the acquisition of a logistics property located in Hämeenlinna, Finland. The acquired property was completed in 2007 and comprises 14,800 sqm.

The Krogerus team was led by Partner Pyry Somervuori and he was primarily assisted by Associates Konsta Westerlund and Maria Suvanto.
