Krogerus advises Tukkuheino on the sale of Heinon Tukku to Valio

Krogerus advised Tukkuheino Oy and private individuals on the sale of Heinon Tukku Oy, one of the leading foodservice market operators in the greater Helsinki region, to Valio Oy. The transaction is subject to the approval of the competition authorities.

Founded in 1899, Heino’s main customer group comprises food preparation and retail firms. The turnover for the Group in 2020 was EUR 187 million.
