Krogerus advises UB on formation of new residential property fund

Krogerus advises United Bankers on formation of UB Asuntorahasto I, a new residential property fund focusing on apartments in Finland's so called growth triangle (HMA, Tampere, Turku). The fund targets professional investors with a €100 million target size, and has already reached investment capacity of ca. €40 million.
