Krogerus advises Unisport-Saltex on the acquisition of Jäämestarit

Krogerus advised Unisport-Saltex Oy, a provider of sports and exercise facility services, on the acquisition of Jäämestarit Oy, a company specialising in building sports and exercise facilities.

The acquisition complements Unisport-Saltex's offering to comprise all products, materials, building and equipment as well as solutions and services needed for sports fields, playgrounds and ice sports facilities.

The transaction is expected to close in May 2018.
