Krogerus advises United Bankers on the sale of UB Nordic Forest Fund I Ky

Krogerus advised United Bankers, a Finnish asset manager and financial markets expert on the sale of UB Nordic Forest Fund Ky, a limited partnership investing in forest assets, owning at the time of the transaction a total of 18,224 hectares of forest. The total purchase price of the fund is approximately EUR 73 million.
