Krogerus advises Vaaka Partners on its investment in Unisport and Saltex

Krogerus acted as lead counsel to private equity firm Vaaka Partners Oy on the investment in Unisport Scandinavia AB and Saltex Oy. Krogerus was supported by local counsel in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Poland.

Sport facilities services provider Unisport and synthetic grass specialist Saltex will merge to become the Nordic market leader in the development of indoor and outdoor sports facilities.

The Krogerus team, led by partner Sami Martola, primarily included associates Ilkka Linkoneva, Panu Paajanen and Teemu Lahdelma. Partner Leena Lindberg advised on competition law aspects and senior associate Thomas Kolster advised on financing matters.
