Krogerus advises Vaaka Partners on the formation of Finland’s largest physiotherapy group

Krogerus advised Vaaka Partners on the formation of Finland’s largest physiotherapy group. The transaction involves the combination of seven leading physiotherapy companies in Finland to create the new group, called Fysios.

In the first phase of operations, Fysios has 27 places of business in 14 different cities in Finland, employing 130 physiotherapists. Fysios plans to expand its operations, especially through add-on acquisitions.
