Krogerus advises Valmet in a SaaS ERP-solution procurement

Krogerus advised Valmet Corporation in the replacement of Valmet's current on-premise Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution with a cloud-based multi-tenant SaaS ERP solution, to be used by all companies in the Valmet Group on a global basis. Valmet is a leading global developer and supplier of technologies, automation and services for the pulp, paper and energy industries.

The supplier of Valmet's new ERP solution is Infor Group, a US-based leading ERP provider.

Krogerus also advised Valmet Corporation in 2016 on its acquisition of its on-premise ERP solution from Infor Group.

The Krogerus team was led by Partner Mika Puittinen and also included Senior Associate Alexander Bützow.
