Krogerus advises Verdane and other shareholders on sale of Lahti Precision to Tamtron

Krogerus advised Verdane and the other shareholders of HPP Bulk Technologies Oy, the parent company of Lahti Precision Oy, on its sale to Tamtron Group Plc. Lahti Precision is a company offering industrial weighing and dosing systems as well as components and services in industrial weighing and cloud-based weighing SaaS solutions. Lahti Precision employs some 90 employees and its customer base consists of leading industrial, recycling, mining and logistics companies, including manufacturers of battery materials used in electric vehicles.
