Krogerus advises VINCI Energies on the reorganisation of its Nordic legal structure

Krogerus advised VINCI Energies on the reorganisation of its Nordic legal structure in a transaction comprising entities in Finland, Sweden and Norway.

VINCI Energies, a division of the global VINCI group, creates bespoke multi-technical solutions and services for energy, transport and communication infrastructure, as well as buildings, factories and IT systems. VINCI Energies' global revenue totals EUR 19 billion and it employs some 97,000 people.

The Krogerus team was led by Partner Antti Lehtimaja and he was mainly assisted by Senior Associates Anna Jokela and Markus Laine as well as Associates Anna Corrêa de Mora, Sakari Kalpio and Anniina Konttinen.
