Krogerus advises Virta Equity on formation of second private equity fund

Krogerus advised Virta Equity on formation of Virta Sijoituspooli II, the second private equity fund managed by this alternative investment fund manager. The fund reached closing at €34 million in 2023 and focuses on minority investments in established and profitable portfolio companies with positive and predictable cash flow.
