Krogerus advises Volue ASA on its acquisition of Enerim Oy's Wholesale Markets Business Line

Krogerus has acted as the Finnish counsel of Volue ASA, a leading supplier of technologies and services that enable green transition, on its acquisition of Enerim Oy's Wholesale Markets Business Line. Enerim Oy is a service and SaaS solution provider for the energy sector.

The transaction is expected to close on 30 June 2023. The acquisition strengthens Volue ASA's position as a leading independent renewables actor and enhances its energy trading and operations activity within solar and wind.
