Krogerus advises Walki Group on its acquisition of Westpack and Flexipack

Krogerus advised Walki Group on its acquisition of Westpack Oy Ab and Flexipack Oy Ab. The two Finnish packaging producers focusing on providing high quality flexible packaging solutions to leading Nordic food brands will support the continued growth of Walki`s flexible packaging business.

Walki is a fast growing international group organized in three business areas: Consumer Packaging, Industrial Packaging and Engineered Materials. With the acquisition Walki Group aims to expand its offering of more sustainable packaging alternatives.

The transaction is pending upon approval from the relevant competitive authorities.
