Krogerus advises Walki Group on the acquisition of Plastiroll

Krogerus advised Walki Group, a manufacturer of technical laminates and protective packaging materials, on the acquisition of Plastiroll Oy, a Finnish sustainable packaging material producer, from funds managed by Sponsor Capital and key personnel of the company.

Plastiroll has two manufacturing facilities in Ylöjärvi, near Tampere, Finland, and has some 90 employees. It generates a turnover of EUR 31 million.

The Krogerus team was led by partner Mika Ståhlberg. He was mainly assisted by senior associate Anna Metso.
