Krogerus advising DNA on its acquisition of Finland’s leading pay-TV operator PlusTV

Krogerus is advising Finnish telecommunications company DNA Oy on its acquisition of Digi TV Plus Oy (known by the name PlusTV) from the Sweden-based Teracom Group.

PlusTV provides pay-TV services to approximately 220,000 customer households. In 2012, PlusTV recorded a revenue of approximately EUR 65 million. The Teracom Group has been the majority shareholder of PlusTV since 2009.

The closing of the deal is subject to the approval of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.
