Krogerus promotes Sami Martola to partner

Krogerus is pleased to announce that Sami Martola has been elected partner with the firm. His appointment is effective from 1 April 2015.

Sami focuses on corporate transactions with a special emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. He regularly acts as an adviser to private equity and industrial sellers and buyers, as well as to management of target companies. He also has in-depth experience in advising insurance companies on transactions and regulatory matters.
