New Arrival to Krogerus’ Capital Markets Practice Group

Krogerus is pleased to announce that Ms Marjukka Sippola has joined Krogerus as co head of capital markets practice group in March 2010 after spending three years in the corporate finance department of Norton Rose LLP in London.

Marjukka has gained experience in advising companies on various equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs, pre-IPO restructurings, primary and secondary fundraisings, as well as advising on continuous obligations of companies listed on the AIM Market and the Official List of London Stock Exchange plc. Marjukka has also worked on a number of general corporate and M&A transactions both in Finland and in the United Kingdom.
